Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
I've had this Philips GoGear 30 GB HDD6330 for a few years now and i'm just now getting this problem where it'll shut down because a song has ended and i didn't play another one for however long and it won't turn back on. Ne one know how to fix it or is it froze?
Try a soft reset by pressing and holding [VOL+] & [POWER]
whenever this happens, then try powering up again.
If this doesn't work, it could be corrupt firmware. Run the Philips Device Manager software (on the product CD). Select the Restore / Repair option and follow the on-screen prompts.
This will format the player and re-flash the firmware.
Note: ALL tracks will be deleted from the player.
