If you go into a new message where it allows you to type, punch in a few letters and press down on the volume button on the side of your phone, this should work

thats because when u write letters and it adds letters because theirs something will be on then ur finger is big or some then it press that thing the thing will come out like when u type on one letter it will come up something
Ur tv Closed Captioning is still on like CC 1,2,3 or Text 1,2,3 is on.Look in ur remote control for a button said CC press it make all CC 1,2,3 to all off.Go into memu find closed caption function Text 1,2,3 turn it to all off.These steps,will stop random squares boxes lettering showing up ur tv any channels.
I may be wrong but your talking about predicted text right? Where you type a letter and it comes up with a word instead of the actual individual letter? - you need to change your settings in text, you can simply hold # or * on your keypad (you should see a little icon somewhere saying T9, this means predicted text) after holding one of these buttons for about a second or two, it should disappear, allowing you to type without predicted text on.
There is no way for now on making the letters big. You will have to check in Javquisoft to see if you phone build is in the list to be upgrade. If it is, you are in luck, then you can upgrade to V4.1 which have big letters.
