Renosean's right - well need more info on the router.

Many routers, if you haven't changed the defaults, use one of the following combinations for username/password:

Try that or reply with make/model of the router.

What brand is the router? User/pass combinations are usually admin and admin, admin and a blank password, or a blank username and password = admin. Varies from brand to brand and sometimes model to model. Also try to google 'brand default password' as in linksys default password or trendnet default password.

I had some1 set up my dlink so i dont know what my username and pass is and i need to open some ports how can i do this?

For that connect your router to computer with ethernet cable.
Then you can access it with following link.
type user as "admin" or blank or "password"
Then you can see configuration page of router then if you want topen port click on port forwarding or NAT.
Then change as you want.
then save and restart router to take effect.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

D-Link WBR-2310 cant access config

So this is only the problem of your Internet Explorer, you are trying to access your Router on its Firmware to configure IP Address to your Games but unfortunately you cannot go on to the Firmware. You got spam by any spyware at this point, all you have to do is use another explorer which are good for opening such program. How about to try Mozilla Firefox or Chrome X Explorer. See what you can do to this explorer to open up your Router. Hope this might help you and good luck for your gaming.

connect the Modem to the WAN or Internet port of the router then wired the computer to any LAN port of the router.

You will need to log into the Router to recieve either the WEP/WPA/WPA-PSK keys from the routers HTTP:// interface Mind tho MACS dont work very well with WEP they do alot better with WPA format
