Press Alt+LGLG. This opens your event log. Ignore the warning, press the blackberry key, and choose clear log. Restart your phone with alt+right shift+delete. Have the MMS resent, and you should get it.

Have you recently turned off your media package? Check your settings and make sure you have everything in order. Sometimes there is a place in your messages folder that says do you want to receive push email, and you must have yes checked in order for it to work.
