Question about Canon imageCLASS MF5550 All-In-One Laser Printer
Open lest cover - there you will find two sensor - one for Manuel freed sensor and other one is tray paper sensor . Flip the paper tray sensor straight up and put the electric tape permanently. Now your printer will know that you have paper even if you do not have . this is a temporary solution.

Check paper size
If it is ok go to print job cancel and cancel all jobs
if the error comes while computer connected printing
before click ok go to peinter properties and change input paper size to A4 and out put as match paper size then click ok .

One possible solution that seems to work for me is to open the front cover and close it again. Even if you did not need to access this part of the printer.

A temporary fix is to manually feed paper, one sheet at a time, through the front. I think my long-term solution is going to be buying a new unit.
