If your watch is mechanical, the stopwatch hand needs resetting to zero and this job can be done by skilled watchmaker only. It's a quite delicate and precise procedure and requires special tools and skills.
The causes can be:
1) The stopwatch hand fitting is getting loose;
2) The heartpiece is not returning properly by the lever (in this case the repair will be more complicated).
In both cases you have to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.

Hello there, fixing watches are quite delicate issues to handle due to the size of most of its components you have to take note of each minute detail. To fix the dials back first you have to get the entire engine of the unit to come out, to do this you have to remove the pin on the side which is used to adjust the time. To remove the pin there are a couple of levers which needs to be released for the pin to come out. These levers differ from watch to watch but are well known by experts as any mistake would condemn the watch. Once you can remove that fixing the dials back are quite simple all you have to do is fit them into the center point and clip them in place with the holding pin which should be inside the watch as the dials.
The screws and battery which you have lost can always be gotten from any watch repair shop close to you. Although in my opinion i would advice you just refer the entire watch to the watch repair center as any mistake in releasing the levers would damage the watch completely and that would be a shame considering the cost of the watch. Hope this support has been helpful?
