Question about Computers & Internet

Problems with itunes

I have a dell dimensions 4550. Recently I have installed a new graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE 256MB ) and a psu to support this graphics card. I did this so my new screan would work to its best settings. But, ever since I installed my new equipment I have had troubles with itunes. Itunes will slow down my computer after 3 songs are played and then I will have to close Itunes. I think it might be my processor, but I don't know why it would start acting up. Please help me know if there is anything that I can do to make my computer run smoothly.

thanks

Don't know how much memory you have, but that's a good indicator

Uninstall your previous graphics card drivers and install the ones for your 5200, if that doesn't work try getting the new drivers from the nVidia site or just smash it with a hammer!

Make sure you have the new drivers from nVidia and then go to windows and get the latest DirectX 9.0 or above drivers.

    Graphics card problems

    Hi Jflynn,

I'm not convinced that this is an issue with a driver, but I have to ask whether you've downloaded the latest drivers for the nVidia card.

If not, go here to download them and see if that helps.
