the picture is curved and distorted with the pictures appearing double

The screen is distorted and curved. Also the screen looks like 3-D and split into 3 different colors Red, Green , and Blue.

I have the same EXACT problem........."the picture is curved and distorted with the pictures appearing double

The screen is distorted and curved. Also the screen looks like 3-D and split into 3 different colors Red, Green , and Blue.

I don't have the funds to get it fixed right now & would really like to ehar abck if you are in fact able to eventually repair it.

I have the same tv. Had repair man come to my home in late april. Said it is the power convergence board. $225 for parts and labor I was told. Bad thing is part was supposed to arrive mid-may,then mid-june and now mid-july. He say's part is on back order. I'm actually going to contact RCA soon to find out if this is true. This seems to be a common problem with this particular T.V
