Problem with digital thermostat

I have a danby dkc645bls beverage cooler that is 6 months old. It has a digital readout on the front that controls the temp. The buttons will no longer control the temp and the and the temperture remains approximatly 40 degrees inside the fridge. What is the solution for this problem?

I have the same problem Danby tells me nothing is wrong. My unit has seperate unit for wine and other beverages, as long as you like your beer 42 degrees. Is this company from Germany I hear they like their beer warm. I wonder if you could fool the thermostat so i could enjoy a cold beer after a long day or even a short day for that matter. any ideas??

You have to decide if the fridge is faulty or the thermostat
if you think it is the thermostat thet bridge out the switching contacts that make the compressor run
question
is the compressor running constantly
is the cooling fan working
is the condenser blocked with dirt
if 1 of these are at fault then the fridge is not going to drop the temerature

I have a danby kegerator and the code LE keeps flashing

Sounds like a faulty temperature probe or faulty temperature control circuit. Some modify their unit with an external temperature controller. It does require knowledge of wiring to perform the modification. There are detailed notes, images, etc provided by psychodad at

Temperature - Is fan supposed to constantly run or is it controlled by thermostat

You said ,Top half of Danby DKC645BLS refrigerator 10 degrees warmer than bottom half. Bottom half cooling to approx. 34 degrees.

Is it running all the time without cycling off and on as it should be doing?
Sorry to have to tell you this news.
But this would mean a bad thermostat or insufficient freon in the cooling system.

The same issue with the fact that one compartment is warm and the other is cool!

Let me know that service tells you!

Danby DKC645BLS Tap is Jammed

The sugars in the beer are causing it to stick, if you don't use it regularly it dries stuck. You can sometimes gently force it, but it would probably be better to disassemble and soak the tap.
