Question about Canon PowerShot SD550 / IXUS 750 Digital Camera
The camera works fine when the flash is turned off. It will not take a picture when the flash is on in automatic or manual. What should I do?
How old is the battery? The symptoms you're describing sound like a worn down battery. If it's the original battery that came with the camera, it may be time to consider a new battery. One way to check the battery's health is to apply a voltmeter to it, and compare its voltage with that printed on its casing. Replacement generic NB-3L batteries are going for about $7 on Amazon or ebay.
