This is such a specific request, I'll assume you know what you are doing ..... the ccd sensor is quite a difficult part to change.

From my perspective, best option would be to find a donor body thats defective in a different way. There are lots on eBay ....

One thing you might consider is buying a reasonable secondhand one - again from eBay they are less than $50 ......

Finally, Canon had a recall on the A75 for bad sensor problems - I'm not sure if you qualify, but .....

I have called Canon Camera Repairs & Imaging Services in Sydney direct.The phone number is on the Canon website to head office anyway and they patch ya through. They offer to fix the problem which is with your CCD chip inside the camera for free. Don't ask what the ccd chip is lol but it sounds impressive:) Sure hope this helps and this site is magic. Nice to know that people out there will help a novice like me:)
