Question about MTX Audio ThunderForm CXP20T Custom-Fit Enclosed Subwoofer - Chevrolet / GMC Extra Cab Pickup 1999-0... Car Speaker
I have a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban with all speakers blown; I am looking for the size of the speakers for replacement options.
According to Crutchfield.com, you have 6 3/4" speakers in the front and rear doors, 4"x10" in the rear pillars. The 6 3/4" locations should be able to fit 6 1/2" and 5 1/4" speakers using adapters. I would imagine the same could be said for using 6"x9" speakers in the 4"x10" pillar locations.

Actually, i have a 1999 chevy suburban and you have 6 1/2" in the front doors, 5 1/4" in the 2nd row doors and 4"x10" in the rear pillars, so you shouldnt need any adaptors. i am assuming you bought the suburban stock and not a special edition or anything.
