Question about Proscan PS32125 32" TV
I've had this problem a few times and I found a bad solder connection in the base circuit of the horizontal output transistor. It's a small inductor (coil) that has a poor solder joint.
A drop of solder on this will cure the problem.
AS team tech also said you may have a flyback bad.

This tv may have a defective flyback transformer . Your chassis # of this set indicates it is ctc197 . some of these sets also had weak caps in the power supply or loose connections in the horizontal section . If your set clicks like it is coming on then clicks right back off and does this a few times then i would say it is the flyback transformer . If not suspect the other circuits as your problem . A shop might charge between $80.00 to $120.00 to fix it . If you can't fix it , call around to get the best price . Good luck
