Question about Computers & Internet
Sometimes my fans in my Gateway 675 wont start up with the computer bootup... sometimes the fans stop while using the notebook. When this happens it gets too warm and crashes usually requiring a reformat and reinstalling of windows. What could be causing this problem?
Check the BIOS in the laptop. The CPU fan and unit fan is controlled by temp. U can set it for a lower temp. The Bios is accessed when U boot up... F2 usually, There should be a 5 to 15 second screen telling u what to press to get there.
