Hi, my toshiba e studio 166 power on, 0 is blinking some seconds and 1 comes on the display just for 3 sec, after that copier is restarting and doing the same

same case i faced on est205; with intensive analysis, i found by connecting ONLY... PS PCB, MPCB, Display,... i conclude that PS PCB is defective ( 24V, 5V output is not present). sasheevja1 is quite correct. You have a serious issue with your power supply board. I would advise checking your outlet voltage and making sure you don't have other things on the same circuit.
