Under the Home tab look at the far left for a pair of binoculars. That is the edit tab. Click there and click on replace. Type in the word you want to find in the find box and then the word to replace it with in the replace box.

* Remove Microsoft Office 2008 Settings.plist
After removing the 2 files try launching an Office Application then it will prompt you to Improvement program. Just click continue then it will prompt you to enter the Product Key.
