My motorola v6 keys keep freezing. I take the battery & sim card out to rectify it. This works sometimes other times it has to be pulled apart like that for 2-3 days. sometimes it also scrolls through the menu by it self. What is wrong with it & what can I do?

Many problems with the new droids, it may be a firmware upgrade, call your providor and check befor messing with the phone yourself. Also pull out the battery and sim card and replace, they sometimes freeze up.
it is very easy to remove.just use your finger to open the back cover of the phone, remove the battery close to where the battery terminal is, and slide out the Sim card out.
But if you can not remove the Sim card with you finger, just get s screw on something you can use to pull the back cover and the battery out, then you can get access to your Sim card.
if the problem u described is for real, m sorry to say that u need to format ur phone. Its because when u start ur phone, u see only Nokia logo. But inside, it prepares files which are required to start the phone & to keep it runnin for a long time. if any of these files gets corrupted or missing, ur phone wont start. so I'll suggest u, dont go here & there, go to Nokia Priority Care, and ask them to format it.
If you remove the back covering of the phone and then the battery, part of the sim card will be visible. It's a rectangular card about the size of a finger nail. Usually, you can push it from one side(sometimes on the outer edge of the phone) so that it slides out of the other side but some times it's held by a spring mechanism that needs to be pulled to one side so that the card can be lifted out
I had the same problem. I removed the 4 screws from the display part of the phone (under the little rubber circles), then pried it apart. After it was all apart I simply unplugged the ribbon cable for the display, blew it off and reconnected it. After reassembling, I put the sim card and battery back in and turned it on. I don't know how long it's going to work for, but I was at least able to copy my contacts to the sim card.
Alot of times this is when the battery or SIM card for whatever reason gets loose inside and for a second or two loses contact. Believe me, I see it everyday. What happens is sometimes when the factory sends the battery new with phone in the box, it is a bit to small. The door or sleeve that holds the SIM card in (for phones that take the sim cards)do not actually hold the SIM card in-they only hold it partially in-the battery does the rest. So if the battery comes loose, alot of times so does the SIM card. Try this, take your SIM card out, along with the battery, look for anything that might be loose. Then put the SIM card in, then take a piece of paper underneath the battery. This will help the battery keep contact, and is just a test to see if this solves your problem.
i have a similar problem with sending out texts, and i've tried a master reset and taking out the battery and sim card, but nothing seems to be working..
