Installing a lexmark x4270 to a computer.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X4270 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

You can download the Lexmark X4270 driver by visiting the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/gKXn7F. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.

For your scanning concern, especially when scanning documents, you will need the Lexmark OCR scan software to do the job. The scan software is available only on the installation disc that came with your printer. If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

Make sure the scan software is already installed in the computer. The scan software can only be installed using the installation cd that came with the printer. The lexmark drivers and software required for installing the printer is available at www.lexmark.com

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done

Here you must select your -> Zone -> Country -> Language
Then in “Search by model” write “x4270”
Then select your operating system,
“Download now”

Here is the download page from Lexmark (click here).

Unplug printer USB from computer.
Chose OS version and download the driver.
After downloading run installer file, this will start printer setup wizard.
Connect printer back when required from setup wizard.
