Ther Are several screws on the bottom that need to be removed, including any that have a picture of a little keyboard or say ( K ). these are for the keyboard. Also remove the Battery, the HARD DRIVE and andy others that are there. There may be some on the back near the external video, mouse and keyboard ports that may need to be removed. Once you do this, you should be able to pry apart the frame. Depending on how its made, the keyboard should alos come out, you may have to remove the trim that goes around it. Remove the keyboard data ribon also.

Key a piece of paper and label where the screws go and how many because you dont want to forget any.

Cahinsaw has no power. Stepped on the cord. Probably pulled it loose. Loose pwer cord. How to open the case and remove the old power cord. power cord

Most times a break in the wiring is not visible and can occur inside only one wire in the mains power cord several centimeters from the power appliance. The first thing to ascertain is whether there is continuity between the plug pins to the junction. You will need to use a polarity tester. If you don't have a multi-meter you can use a small battery and torch bulb and run them in parallel. Test both the positive and negative wires. If one wire fails to provide continuity then rewiring will solve your problem.

Someone plug charger into headset port now want come on

Unplug power cord from back of pc. Open pc case and remove power plug from motherboard. Check power supply for proper function. If power supply checks good, plug back to motherboard and try to power after plugging power cord in. If comes on, ok, if not, motherboard needs replaced.

Why is my monitor black. when I turn on my computer my monitor light lights up green then turns back off to orange. I cant see anything.

Typically, this means that the monitor receives a momentary signal from the video card, then no further any output from the video card. First off, make sure that the system is powered off and unplugged before attempting any maintenance steps. Also, if opening the case, discharge any static electricity by touching the metal chassis of the system before working with any internal components.

1. Unplug the monitor cord from the video card (you'll need to unscrew the posts that hold it in the socket), and if possible, from the monitor (many monitors have built-in cords, so this may not be possible). Plug the cord back in, making sure the connection is snug, and screw the posts down snugly. Plug the system back in, and try to power it on.
2. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, and the card is in a slot as opposed to integrated into the motherboard: Make sure the system is off and unplugged. Open the case, remove and reinstall the video card. There is likely either a screw holding the card in the case, or there may be a plastic retainer that you need to remove. Depending on the socket type, there may also be a plastic retainer on the motherboard, at the inside end of the card, holding it in place. This will need to be pulled back gently, while removing the card. Plug the system back in, and try to power it on.
3. If there are both a video connection on the motherboard, and a video card in a slot, try swapping to the other connection. The one the monitor is not plugged into may be getting turned on by default instead of the other. If the alternate port works, you may need to consult the motherboard manual on how to change the BIOS setting that determines what card is active when the system is powered on.

Turn off the pc, disconnect the power cord. Remove the battery. Leave it alone for a few minutes. Plug in the power cord (do not replace battery yet) and turn it on. If it works, turn it off, remove power cord and replace battery. Plug power cord back in and turn on pc again.

Taking apart dc05 dyson vacuum cleaner

You have to take the wheels off first to get at two securing screws on each side of the cleaner. First of all remove the plugs in the centre of each wheel (you will probably damage them prizing them out but they are available online as replacements if you make to much of a mess - look online anyway to see what you are dealing with).
