You might have the drain hose down too low....if the drain hose exits the machine at the bottom and you have this hose low down into the floor outlet this action will occur. Raise the pot let hose int a trough as high as the top of the machine.
your drain hose is installed incorrectly. it rise at least 36" or so (preferably higher) before it enters the stand pipe (drain pipe connected to the houses plumbing), and there has to be an air break (i.e., not sealed off where the drain hose enters the stand pipe). hope this helps.
If the drain hose is too low and below water level the water has no reason to stay in the machine, and will flow straight through. If the water is pumping out during fill, you have a technical problem....Good luck....Nomess
f11 fault code is a problem with the main power board (could be blown fuse) or a blown board check the fuse the board is behind the back plate in the bottem right corner (looking from the back of the machine.(!unplug before you take apart!)
I have just had the same fault on a ZWF1631W machine. The machine overfills and goes straight to drain.
The level is controlled by an air pressure switch.
Remove the machine top, the switch is the round white plastic one. On mine, one of the wires had broken off. I had to replace the connector with .25" crimps.
If not, the switch may need replacing.
