Question about Toshiba Tecra 8100 Notebook
Im trying to re-format my laptap but as i reach the c: it say format can not run because the volume is in use by another process. Format may run if this volume is dismounted first then when i answered yes it just repeat its first mesage
Its not possible to format the drive that the operating system is running from, that is C: so u need to unmount the drive and set it as slave so it would be drive D: then format it. that means the other drive would be the master running ur OS.
(it's like trying to cut a tree u are sitting on)
