Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
I had the same problem except none of the buttons worked on the bottom
then i bought a new cable for the bottom buttons
it only costed me 3 bucks for the cable.
the only thing is i had to install it by myself

Just bring it back to the store where you purchased it with your bill and they should exchange it or refund. If your guarantee is expired just call the SONY COMPANY and you will have to send them your psp and they will fix it or replace it by a brand new one, They should pay you the mailing fees.
