    what are you doing booss? You driver is found on that website why did you rated me "thanks for trying" in which you problem is resolve on this solution. Your insulting me. I consumpt almost an hour searching your driver and then your rate like that. Do you understand what your doing?

ASUS M2N-MX SE Plus mother board windows 2003 audio drivers
It is better to install   windows xp..  because   2003  is not supportting  latest mother boards.
only windows xp  will solve that problem

What problem is it that you are having?
If you want to upgrade you're CPU here is the Asus link for supported CPU's P4S800-MX motherboard.

To the right of the list is the bios file that must be used to support the CPU.
