Question about Casio EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z60 Digital Camera
I bought my digicam Exilim EX-Z60 from Singapore (Mustafa) in April, 2007. I did not used it frequently. Atleast one and a half month back I switched it ON it was functioning normally. But now when I charged its battery (charger showed RED light), I am not able to switched it ON. I put that battery in a right manner. Still I am not able to switched it ON. Kindly help and guide me and also indicate if if you indicate the Service Centre in Delhi where I can get it checked.
Depends, if you are charing and the battery is flashing instead of steady then Casio will replace it if you have purchased in the last year. Could also be the brand and size of memory card. Casio only recommends Sandisc, Toshiba, and Panasonic. An EX-Z60 can use up to a 2 GB unless you have done a firmware upgrade for a 4 GB card. If none of those seem to help then it would have to be send it. Lens errors are easy to get on the camera and that can keep the camera from powering on. 800-706-2534 and keep choosing option 2 and they will tell you where to send it.
