My computer couldn't recognize usb connection with pocket pc
When I tried to synchronize my e755 with computer by ActiveSinc, message:
I made hard reset, and tried to do it on different computers, but result the same.
Please let me know whats going on, and how can it be fixed.

Install those, and it should identify the device, and hopefully sync up fine. Let me know if you encounter additional errors.

To align your screen
select Settings, System, Align Screen to ajust the touch screen,
If the screen alignment loses calibration it may not be possible to adjust alignment useing the above method.
In that case the align screen command can be executed by simultaneously pressing the power button and scroll button.
useing the stylus when comanded touch the cross hairs and the Pocket PC will align the screen
Press and hold the lower volume button and plug it in to the computer simultaneously and keep holding the minus button until a box appears where the message of usb device malfunctioned and click on it. Then follow the instructions and it should be recognized.
Have you downloaded the latest active sync from microsoft, as i think there were some problems.
Does your USB adapter provide serial port connections ? I had the same issue with an USB adapter with a dedicated-to-phone software. I changed to MSI bluetooth adapter and then made a serial port available to COM5, then connect activesync to COM5. (make sure on the ipaq you create a shortcut "activesync connection" and pair with the bluetooth adapter.
My problem was that the Folder which I tried to open contains a damaged File.

The Toshiba Pocket PC's e310, e330 and e740 are designed to work together with Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Millennium, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Microsoft Windows NT4.0 is an older operating system, which does not work together with the Toshiba Pocket PC's e310,e330 and e740.
The Toshiba Pocket PC's have a USB and a Infrared interface to communicate with a Computer. Unfortunately, Microsoft Windows NT4.0 does not support USB nor Infrared. Windows NT supports a serial connection, but the serial interface is not available for the Pocket PC's e310,e330 and e740.
There is the possibility to synchronize a PDA over Network or Modem but the ActiveSync Software, which is responsible for the synchronization, will need a "first sync" to establish a "partnership" with the PDA. This "first sync" can only be done via USB.
