On DECEMBER 15 I buy a new SAMSUNG mobil .on DECEMBER 29 the screen become white and it was off. so i give to the samsung servicecenter for reparing on december 29and they give me back on janvary20...

There might been a leak into the battery thats why it happened but is should be covered by the warranty. If the service center wont accept repairing the phone your best option is to send it to a local repair center for phones.

I have a samsung d900i mobile fone which is t-mobile, i've had it unlocked to take my vodafone card but can't use wap.

I expect this will be becuase the wap/gprs settings that are on the handset will still be the t-mobile ones. Simply unlocking the phone doesn't change these. If you know what the settings are you will need to create a new data account for this to work. If you don't have the settings, you'll need to get onto vodafone to get the settings. A call to the customer services should do the trick. The d900i still being a relatively new handset should mean that they are able to send you the settings in a sort of text message - meaning no work required - bonus!!!

Hope this helps.
