no harddisk is not issue first uninstall all drivers from comnpute then try.
insatll first chipset identification utility it is on driver disk.
then inf update utility
then graphic drivers then sound and then lan
u can do it.if u have proper mother bord driver disk.

you can go to intel's website ( www.intel.com) in the downloads section you'll see a dropdown menu for Intel Motherboards. Find your board in the list and click on it. It'll take yopu to the page with all the downloadable drivers for your motherboard.
