Question about Apex Digital AT2708S 27" TV
This Apex AT2708S was given to me after my son could no longer play video games on it due to the fact that the bottom "scroll" area is "below" the plastic frame of the TV. I do not know if a component in the TV has changed so that the picture has become "taller" from top to bottom or if some technical setting has been inadvertently changed. I understand there is a "technicians service menu" that can be accessed if I know the right codes to get into it. I would like to try adjusting the "vertical hold" on the set to see if I can bring the scroll area within the viewable area of the screen.
I was having the same problem. if you turn the vol. down to 00 then press mute on the remote then hold mute on the remote and menu on the tv for 3 seconds you will get the service menu and you can adjust the screen.
