Question about Motorola Mobility i880 Cellular Phone
When i push the camera button it just says 'please wait refreshing media' and i wait for a long time and it does not come on and when they send me pictures and i try to save them i cant.Can you help me????
I'm having the same problem but mine is because there are some files in my media center that won't delete. The only time I can use the phone for more than just a phone is if that SIM is in it. But I cancelled Nextel and now just have a Boost card for when I want Direct Connect... I have updated software multiple times and I have done so many resets... Nothing. Help would be great. Thank you.

I had the same problem. Come to find out, SIM cards are different. Nextel/Sprint got smart and scaled down SIM cards for the less expensive models (ie the i335). Therefore, the SIM cards that come in the scaled down phones do not have a "media center" on the SIM....you need an older SIM (they are yellow on the bottom) or a SIM that was designed to go in the i880. I have a SIM out of a old i265 that works....I tried a SIM out of an i730 and it didn't work either. Hope that helps and good luck. When you get the right SIM, the stupid "refreshing media" will be ancient history. :)
