Hi, I have a fisher price Papasan Cradle Swing. even though the mobile is working, the motor stopped working[its not swinging]. Is there any way i can get it repaired? my 9 month daughter finds hard time...

You can purchase replacement motors from Mattel (Fisher Price's parent company).

It will be one of the following 3 products, just pick the one that matches what you have now:

The wii remote will not respond to the swinging motion only.

Try to take of the back and take out the batteries for 5 minutes and it should work but if it doesnt you will either have to get it reparied or buy a new one

Can't play any games in which swinging is involved

yeah, there is a motion censor in the remote, its a tilt ball. It gets stuck if you swing the remote to hard, to get it unstuck, you have to smack the remote against the palm of your hand button side down.

Wii control will not steer a car in any game

You must have a wii steering weel and connect the wii romote to that, then you should be good to go. If you already purchased one, then the wii remote must not be in exact position on the steering wheel.

My wii remote

@ Slivic22
Some games does not use Sensor Bar pointing because they play with motion/accelerometer only. After you select the number of sets on Wii Sports Tennis, there is no Sensor Bar pointing except for Pause menu. That's because you Swing the remote like a racket.

Wii freezing up

Hi Ashley,

It sounds like the accelerometer in your Wii Remote is not working properly.

The "point-and-click" stuff like the Wii Menu use the WIi Remote's camera (which is behind the dark part on the front of the Wii Remote). The motion-sensing for swinging, tilting and other motion uses the accelerometer in the Wii Remote.

Wrap your Wii Remote in a towel and give it a whack against your knee (not so hard as to injure your knee) - sometimes the accelerometer part gets "stuck" and needs to be jarred out of position.

If that still doesn't work, then go to Nintendo.com, click Support, and go to the Wii Troubleshooting section for more options.
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/ts/wiiremote.jsp

Also, you don't have to use the same remote as #1. The first remote that is activated will become #1.

You can also push the Home button on the Wii Remote, then point to the bottom (where the battery levels are shown), press A, then click on Reconnect. It will tell you to press the 1 and 2 buttons on each remote in the order you want them to appear. Press the 1 and 2 buttons on the remote you want to be #1, wait for the remote to sync (the Wii will make a happy nosie), then do the same for the remote you want to be #2, etc.
