Hello..maybe the driver routines you have is too old..try windows live update or search for new routines from the manufacturer of your printer...in worst case you must use windows xp or 98 to make it work..i.e. buy a new printer.....worst case...good luck...Ron

Two weeks ago my computer creashed, lost everything,a technican has reprogramed most stuff,my printer does'nt print from the computer, its all hooked up,the technican gave me a Epson stylus C20 Series...

I have no clue why he would give you an Epson disc. Anyway, you can download your driver from HP's Site.

1. Unplug USB cable to printer, then from Control Panel > Printers delete any printers there.
2. Reboot
3. Install new drivers from the site above.
4. Plug USB cable back in.

Enjoy

Unable to connect my 1200 all in one series to computer

make sure everything is plugged in where it's supposed to be using the diagram that came with the 1200. if so, then uninstall it via your control panel/add remove programs. then unplug the printer from your pc, reboot, run the install cd without the printer plugged in, and plug the printer in when the install program asks you to.

I just got a new computer , operating on vista and the cd rom gives this error when i try to install it"your windows version is not supported by the setup program" this is for a "pixma mp 130/110"

Hi,

The message is indicative that the software is not meant for Vista. Perhaps what you can do is to proceed to the Canon site search for and download Vista compatible driver for your printer. Alternately you can try here.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

I have Windows Vista. I am trying to install a Lexmark 1200 printer with the CD that came with it. My computor says the printer is installed. But it will not print.

Uninstall the printer from the system (Control Panel > Printers, right click the printer and remove it). Then go to lexmark's website to download the most updated drivers.

Lexmark List of Vista Drivers

The 1200 series is the second on the list.

Don't plug the printer in until the installer asks you to.

Best of luck!
