How to use my sms card

If you camera came with a cable that has a flat end (USB PORT) you can plug it into the computer and turn the camera on. The computer will recognize it and give you options to open the files on it. You can look through the camera files just like you would look through any disk files or usb flash drive files.

Once you find your camera pictures, I would suggest opening the MY Pictures folder on your computer. If you want all the camera pictures within one folder within the My Pictures folder, then first create a New Folder and give it a name. If you don't care and just want them spreaded all within the My Pictures folder then you don't need to create a folder within the My Pictures folder. You can drag and drop the pictures from the camera you want to the My Pictures or New Folder you created, or you can click Edit at the top of the camera window and select copy then go to the My Pictures or New Folder you created and click Edit at the top of it's window and select Paste.

If you want all the pictures from the camera, then you can select Edit at the top of the camera window and then SELECT ALL, then Edit followed by Copy, then go to the MY Pictures or the New Folder and click Edit then Paste.

How to make a backround/

The background for your desktop screen should be stored in your My Pictures folder.

In otherwords, if you have a background in mind that isn't one of the one's that comes with Windows, find the photo or illustration you want, then copy it to your My Pictures folder.

Having done this, Right-click on an empty area of your desktop screen.
Go to the bottom of the list, and left-click on Properties.

Now left-click on the Desktop tab.

On the middle right side, click on > Browse.
In the file tree left-click on > My Pictures, then click on the photo, or illustration you want.

{You may have to open the My Pictures folder further to find your photo, or illustration.
In otherwords you may have a folder within the My Pictures folder, and the photo, or illustration is in this particular folder}

In the desktop screen example your photo, or illustration will appear.
If it is not wide enough, go to the middle right, and under the heading > Position, click on the blue down arrow.
(To the right of the box under > Position)

You can click on Stretch, or Center, or Tile.
Look at the desktop screen example, and see if this is what you want.

If you do not like Stretch, for example, click on the blue down arrow, and click on Center.
No?
Then click on the blue down arrow, and click on Tile.

After you have chosen what you want, go below to the right, and click on Apply.
THEN go below to the left, and click on OK.
(You MUST click on Apply, then on OK)

I just bought an ASUS Essentio Desktop PC and can't for the life of me figure out how to create a folder in which to store pictures downloaded from my digital camera. That's a bear in and of itself.

what you will want to do is go into you My Pictures folder or even on your desktop and right click and select new folder after naming it when your prompted to give a directory to download the pictures into pick your named folder if for some reason u have uploaded the files to your computer already but cannot find them you can use the search option on the start menu bar at the bottom left of your desktop to search for the actual directory they are put in by default

hope this helps

How do I get the pictures downloaded from the computer that was sent to me. I am trying to get the pictures to put into an album from people that sent me pictures.

dont quite know what you are asking here?
are they already on your pc and you want them printed or do you want them downloaded from an e-mail?
if you want them from an e-mail, near the top of the e-mail you will find a file such as 'pic121109'...click on it with your mouse and and a menu will appear...open/save/cancel....click save....add a destination for the file.... before you start, create a new folder on your desktop named say "downloaded pictures for album" and save into this folder....you may have to download each photo at a time. hope this helps:)

Viewing pictures on computer from memory card

When you put the card in the slot, you should see a window pop up. In that window click 'save as' and than name the pictures folder. Take nothe of where the computer says it is going to stor the pictures. Most likely under the 'My Pictures icon.' When you go to craigslist and come to the point when you are ready to upload pictures, click 'add picture' or 'upload picture' or somrhing of that nature. You well be than see a window pop up, navigate to the 'My Pictures' folder or whereever you stored the pictures and click the picture you want to upload.
Good luck, if you need further help, let me know. And please rate my answer.

I put all my pictures on a dvd as a slide show using Nero. Is a possible to get them off the dvd back to the computer in the original format

you must first copy them to a file on the harddrive. put the dvd in- access it throught windows explorer, then drag and drop the pictures into a newfolder (desktop folder-easy to find later). once you have them in the folder , you can access that file with any graphics software to convert .

Can not burn pictures off my easyshare program

check you have the latest version.....

if that doesn't help choose the photos you want to copy, then drag/drop them into a folder on your desktop, this will create a copy that you can burn normally, instead of using the kodak interface
