Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player
Push the reset button, and hold the power switch at the same time, when you release them it should give you a screen with the option to rebuild, reset, and erase. see if these options work, if not then you hav a problem with the drive in the player. In that case, if it is recognized by the computer, try running a chkdsk utility on it. Let me know ASAP. Best of luck dude :)
