For you to block your lost cell phone you must know the IMEI number.
Now if you have lost your mobile handset or your phone has been stolen, you can contact your network provider to block your IMEI number. They might ask you to get a Police FIR copy first, do as they say and finally ask them to block your IMEI number. Regards
1. Go to CALL LOG 2. scroll down select CALL MANAGER 3. select REJECT LIST 4. manually enter a phone number you want to block or select OPTIONS then ADD from phone book, group, or recent contacts 5. select OPTIONS to SAVE.
With this model of phone you cannot block calls from a particular number but you can restrict incoming calls that are not listed your address book. So effectively you can block a caller but you will be blocking all callers that are not in your address book. Having said that, there are other phone models in the market that can block a particular caller by listing the number in a black list.
Phone your operator, and just tell them you have lost it.
They will blacklist it..
What this means is they will block the serial number of the hand set so that it cant be used in your country again,
They cannot block the contents of the phone, so who ever took it can still read your messages, look thru your phone book etc...
On the Box that the phone came in there's an IMEI
(International Mobile Equipment Identity)
number, with this number your service provider can block the phone from being used with yours, or any other SIM card.
