Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone
I had this problem on a similar Sony Ericsson phone, it was casued because the camera had become disconnected from the mainboard of the phone, this or a totally broken camera is the most likley problem here. If the camera is no longer under warrent they are fairly easy to open up and check if the cable is connected, if the phone is still under warrenty then it would be best if you go through Sony Ericsson to have it fixed for free.
