Question about Apple iPod shuffle MP3 Player
Ok i have 2 problems with my ipod, the first one is actually due to the fact that itunes will not work on my pc at all... i installed it a while ago and it worked after some minor changes were made. I basically found an older version (something like... version 5.0.1 or something) and it didn't work, so i changed the compatibility of the program to be compatible with windows 2000 (by the way i use windows XP i just used the little utility thing that comes up in the properties menu when you right click the itunes icon on the desktop) and then all of a sudden it worked, then i installed the new itunes over it, and it was fine... now... 3 months on, i have purchased a new HDD and installed windows again (yay) and now this process will not work at all... i am befuddled why it does not work, i used the same method as before and it still won't do anything, please help me with this issue... as dBpower AMP music converter only works SOME of the time... my other issues has to do mainly (and hopefully) with this program... i have transfered music to my ipod with this program pretty well since i had it, but for some reason with 1 particular set of files i recently acquired... it will not sync them at all... i try to sync them 1 by 1 and it does nothing... it says that the files are on the ipod, but when i select the artist and then album on my ipod (when it is NOT attached to the pc) the songs are not there... yet the dBpower AMP music converter seems to think they are.. what is going on here ? please help me with both issues ASAP as these songs are used to wake me up for work in the morning on my pc... and im quite sick of leaving my pc on all night... ^_^ lol. i only just got a windows vista pc and i downloaded itunes to it. it doesn't work. i just don't know what to do. i can't put any music on my ipod and its very new.
Vista works just go on to apple.com and download it again. That amp converter is just gay. Depending on what were you are getting the songs. Example: Like divx. So just download it again and get rid of amp converter.

Hey, watch this tutorial and try the things it suggest.
Id highly recommend, restarting, and returning the device into the original state.
All this is covered in the video here:
If that doesnt help contact the appel support.
