Hi ,Try to charge your mobile with another same model battery, switch it on.. and keep it swiching on for five mins,, and try with your battery .. its really works.. this is all because your battery charge limit is gone under minimum

to format your mobile fistly switch off you mobile then press
3, * , dail key and switch on key at once don't release your hand unless mobile say's formating

Just clean the surface of charge and hearphone and on the right side of hearphone there is one small hole see if there is some dust or something and clean it

the only way to restore your phone software is to contact the Nokia service Center it will be free if you have warranty an it will bw charged around $50-150
