I have a Packard Bell Imedia 1314, but unfortunately the start up disc was lost during a house move. Is there any way I can download the relevant instructions from the net please?

Orange led on mother board

You have a hardware failure, most likely memory or video card. The first thing I would try is open the case and blow the dust out of it, especially dust on the memory modules and anywhere on the motherboard. Then try to boot the computer again. If that does not work I would start removing components one at a time and testing them.
