sir if your mobile is locked and you dont know the code then make it format by doing this. First of all turn off your mobile then hold the following keys:

1) * star key
2) 3 key
3) green key ( anserring key)

and then turn on your mobile dont leave the keys until you didnot see the hands animations when the hand animation apears leave the keys the mobile will be formated automaticaly

just give it to the service and tell them plz flash my phone and they knw what to do
