I have a 32inchlcdtv it has some scratches on the screen how can i get them out

its not recondmended its a screen /lens not like regular glass where you can buff out fine scratch with toothpaste the following links show how to remove scuffs or very very fine scratches but on some creens trying to remove a scratch may cause malufunctions

How deep of a scratch is it on the screen? Just on the plastic/glass protective coating over the monitor?
If it is not in the LCD then you could just remove the plastic/glass and replace it if you want.
If the scratch is deep then your LCD is probably scratched. Sadly the cost of replacing the LCD screen within an LCD monitor is more expensive than buying an entirely new screen. Your best bet is either dealing with the scratch or getting an entirely new monitor. I would recommend visiting www.newegg.com where there are many cheap monitors there.

You should be able to make the scratch become invisible using a white eraser. A pink one will work, but the white one works better. Just simply erase the scratch, it may take awhile, but your basically buffing the surface down even again making the scratch un-noticeable.

By the looks of that picture, it's hard for me to believe that the scratch is not on the outside of the protective plexiglass screen. However, you can remove the protective screen w/o negative effect of the picture. In fact, it will probably reduce the glare from light on the screen. If, in fact, the scratch is still seen w/o the protective screen installed, then it is the lenticular screen that is scratched.
The lenticular screen is the one with the vertical grooves from top to bottom in it. The fresnal is the back screen that appears to have been lathed in a circular pattern.

is the actual screen inside scratched or is the outer phone housing screen cover scratched? There is a difference. The actual LCD screen is inside the phone housing and is protected by the phones housing. If the actual LCD screen somehow was scratched it can be replaced very easily and usually inexpensively. Try Ebay for the LCD. If the phones outer clear housing is scratched you can also replace the housing either by purchasing the same phone used and using its housing or some "dummy" phones can be used for there housings also. If the scratch is not really bad I have used rubbing compound to remove fine scratches, good luck!

It has a protective outer screen and depending on the depth of the scratch you might be able to restore it. You'll need to look on-line at a few aircraft site for a kit that is meant to polish scratches from the plexi in an aircraft windshield.
