When you say jammed do you mean it's not responding or do you mean it's blocked handset

If you have Blocked you phone - This is easy to but right

Contact your network provider E.g: Vodafone/o2/3g/t-mobile ect....

If in other words when you mean jammed Is the phone running very slow in the menus ect....

This could be down to spywere if you use WAP just like a pc you can get spywere on your fone. And you will need a spywere re-mover I'm sure you can find one of these free on google wap try these methords and hope you sort it out....
