My Motorola Razr V3 was working fine one day and then the next day it wouldn't turn on. The key pad will blink on for a second and then nothing. I've changed batteries (actually the guy at the store did and I didn't get the extended warranty), it won't charge or anything. Any suggestions other that a target for skeet shooting?
Severe cold? I have the same problem and that is the only possibilty for failure outside of component. I took the whole phone apart, but did not remove any rf shielding, checked the internal battery, no problems found. Reassembled, and same problem. My

The first thing I would do is find a buddy with the same or similar RAZR, and try swapping batteries with them. If this fixes the issue, get a new battery under warranty, or grab one off of eBay for next to nothing.
I had exactly the same problem. After unsucessfully looking for a solution on the net I removed the simm chip and set it aside. The next day, I put it on PC usb charge and left it overnight. The next day, I powered it up and it worked. I turned it off and replaced the simm and it is now working fine. Go figure...
