To upload pictures with the Standard Uploader:
Click the "Add pictures" button in the "Bring your item to life with pictures" section of the Sell Your Item form.
If the Standard Uploader isn't the default uploader, click the "Try the Standard Uploader" link in the upper right of the window.
If Adobe Flash Player isn't installed, you'll get a prompt to install it and a link to where you can. Install Flash Player if needed. Note: When installing Flash Player, you'll be redirected to the Adobe Flash Player website.
Click the "Browse" button.
Locate the pictures you want to upload.
Select the images. If you'd like to upload more than one image at a time, hold down the CTRL or SHFT key while clicking on the images.
Click the "Open" button in the lower right of the box to select pictures. You'll see picture placeholders with your picture titles and a "Pending" status on the upload page.
Click the blue "Upload" button in the lower left corner of the page. You'll see a progress bar indicating the status of your upload.
Once the upload is complete, you'll be directed back to the Sell Your Item form where you'll see your images in the "Bring your item to life with pictures" section.
To opt out of the Standard Uploader:
Click the "Basic Uploader" link in the upper right of the screen.

First crosscheck with Belkin that whether the said 3rd party file is compatible and recommended with your router's configuration or not, else it may corrupt the router. get their suggestions. Or try 1) remove the extension .bin and try again to upload the same. 2) replace extension .bin to .conf and try again.
Note I am not responsible for any Firmware damage caused in your device due to the upload, pls be sure enough before proceeding any upload. Regards: Himanshu
Enable UPnP....UPnP can help make sure NAT works correctly for Xbox LIVE. Usually, this can be set on your router configuration web page, which is supplied by your router manufacturer. And, make sure UDP is open for the Xbox ports your using.
