All my ipod does is say, "Please wait, Very low battery" it has a revoloving circle and a picture of a battery with a warning circle on it.. Is my battery gone and dead? i tryed reseting it and the apple logo comes on but it goes right back to the frozen battery screen.....
The most likely cause of this problem is a dead battery. Most Apple stores will tell you it's more cost effective to replace your iPod rather than repair it but, the battery can be changed and parts are relatively easy to get hold of on eBay for around about £10.

You need a new battery for your iPod. you can view a free instructional video on battery replacement at the first web address posted below. the second one is a cheap site I found for purchasing iPod parts.
then create a library of music in itunes and plug your ipod into the computer and sync your ipod with itunes to download the music onto it.
If the ipod has music on it already then you can just scroll through the library on it to listen to the music, if it is not music you want, then follow the above advice and you will be able to copy your own music into itunes then sync it with your ipod.
I do NOT want to Pay for a solution ONLINE.....because after 12 hours of work on it, and internet feedback, I am SURE it is a Hardware GLITCH.....It has happened to others......so I am Not sure ,,,,but probably will have to take to China's 1st apple store
Let me Know if HARDWARE or Other Glitch.....CHARGED remains when I turn it Off until VERY LOW Battery + Kills it
