The machine makes a loud banging noise when the drum is rotating. It sounds like its hitting something on each rotation. I have found pieces of what looks like industrial staples in the drainage outlet.
I have not lost anything from my washing that would cause this.
My main concern is that it is going to be a costly and time consuming fix by a repair person. Any hints about what it could be would be great!

Throw it off a cliff. I have the same model and have had so many problems. Don't even bother calling customer service, they won't help. Cut your losses and buy a new machine

yes this was very helpful. As I like a typical man only read the instructions after it was installed and not working .
thanks

have you checked that the 5 shipping bolts on the back panel have been removed, when removed this will auto balance the washing chamber and during the spin cycle the drum will rotate evenly.

Hi My washing machine control board is messed up. All the lights will flash twise every ten seconds. I tried to get into troubleshooting mode but it would still reset everything by flashing again every 10 seconds. Can somebody please help me?
