It has been working fine for a few weeks. I left it hooked up and syncing when I left to go to baseball practice. When i got home, it said you can now dissconnect. I did. the player came on and said no files.. I turned it off and now I can't get it to come back on at all What can I do??
Thanks for asking me to be your Tech Buddy.
For Sansa units, a couple of things you can try:
a. do a soft reset - press on the Power/Menu for 15 seconds;
b. do a full settings reset - Main Menu/Settings/Reset All;
c. do a Format - Main Menu/Settings/Format but all in the internal memory will be erased.
If for some reason your version/model do not have a format option, please refer to this solution posted by another expert, computerrep.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
