If your Sansa Connect won’t start check to make sure the device is
charged and the hold switch is in the unlocked position. If the device still
will not start, you may need to run the Sansa Device Recovery application.
With a copy of the Sansa Device Recovery application installed on a PC,
you can connect your to the device via the USB cable to the PC, and
restore the device software to an uncorrupted state. However, all of your
subscription settings and content will be removed from the device.

or google the sansa connect recovery tool

Sansa Sandisk M250

Hi XX,

Thanks for asking me to be your Tech Buddy.

For Sansa units, a couple of things you can try:
a. do a soft reset - press on the Power/Menu for 15 seconds;
b. do a full settings reset - Main Menu/Settings/Reset All;
c. do a Format - Main Menu/Settings/Format but all in the internal memory will be erased.

If for some reason your version/model do not have a format option, please refer to this solution posted by another expert, computerrep.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

I have Sanso m250 2.0gb mobel. Logo screen is appearing when i power on after that i am unable to play the mp3 songs or play FM Radio etc..

Try doing a hard reset on a Sansa m250:
  1. Turn off the Sansa. Just pull the battery out for a second.
  2. Plug the Sansa into a computer4.gif, and open "My Documents" in the computer.
  3. Open the Sansa file as if it were a drive, then go to the "MUSIC4.gif Specific storage" file.
  4. Right click the "MUSIC Specific storage" file, and press "Format."
This should hard reset the Sansa m250. I do not know if this will work on other Sansa m200 type .mp3 players. You can start over with your playlists. This has worked for me.
