Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

My sister yanked the main plug loose from my computer the other day and it's been acting up ever since, but it never gave me a problem with playing my CD-ROM until a couple of hours ago. My computer froze, and I restarted it. First I tried to reinstall my CD-ROM but the computer would'nt let me. Then I uninstalled some files including my CD-ROM game, but my computer won't read my disc, not even after I unsuccessfully tried to reinstall the CD-ROM again.

Take the Cd drive out and take off the top. Look inside for a tiny glass cover. Looks like a small light bulb. Clean the fine layer of dust off this glass and you just might be back in business. keever

How to fix/ trouble shoot a 2015ish LG LED 47" TV that plays sound but keeps losing the picture.

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.
http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

The cord got yanked and now my headphones dont portray any sound

try wiggling the cord as you play a constant sound through it. It is quite possible and probable that the cable inside the headphone got disconnected entirely (the copper wiring)

Hi Flashgordono, and the usual suspects are:
1. Idle speed improperly adjusted.
2. Intake manifold air leak.
3. Restricted fuel tank vent system.
4. Dirty or damaged air cleaner element.
5. Enrichner valve not seated or leaking.
6. Restricted fuel supply tract.
7. Plugged bowl vent or overflow tube.
8. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
9. Loose or plugged fuel and air jets or passages.
10.Vacuum piston assembly malfunction.
11. Loose or plugged main jets or passages.
12. Improper float level.
13. Accelerator pump inoperative.
Good luck and have nice day.

I dont know what happened my sister was playing

The problem sounds like the cable is not connected properly either on the screen or the computer, so my advice is to re-insert the cord at both the computer and the screen, this may fix your issue, if not post back here and ill give you a hand

Have a nice day

Ironically, 5 days after the paid warrenty expired (2 years and 5 days after I bought this piece of equipment), the A105-4254, it suddenly died on me! It always had a "loose connection" to the AC...

It is not the power cord but the input jack itself. You will need to bring it to someone that can solder in a new connector. This is what they look like from the inside. Most local computer or electronic stores can make the repair for you. Should be around $50-$75. Make sure you don't pay too much.
