Audio problem

The audio is staticky, noisy, and loud on one channel (HG-46) the most watched channel in our house. All other channels are just fine except this. The sound is so loud, noisy, and has kind of static in it. Tried tightening up the wires, disconnecting, turning off the TV and then again re-wiring everything all over again but nothing works.
Any help will be great.
