I first signed up about a year ago with no problems. found people I have not seen or spoken with in years. Then I switched internet providers and was unable to login. Got help and was able to log-in but the only thing on my page was my DOB. Everything else is gone. Searched for "myself" and found my origional home page. But unable to access it and I really need to retrieve this info. thanks

A refund a year later? I wouldn't count on that. Do they not provide service for the system you have? Not uncommon as many of these outfits are just marketing the systems for X amount of dollars. They make their money once you sign the contract for so many years and they immediately sell it to another company (usually monitoring co) for a portion of the contract. You just need an alarm tech to fix it. Call your local Alarm association or Alarm supplier and ask them for a contractor to service it for you. Good Luck

1) Go online to find type of item for Amazon; when found, list any info you have: year purchased, receipt no. support dept.. Eventually, you will locate the product wherein "Support" should be able to assist. Provide photo if possible.

2) If have no PC, call Amazon directly & provide info as described above - "Support Dept."instructions as before. They should be able to narrow it down.

I, myself, followed these instructions for my Router, 2 years ago, and finally resolved the issue - even though my Router was already obsolete, but they were able to track down the info. Takes a little persistence.

Hi, I ve seen a lot of people with this problem lately. It is not your service provider but could be your Internet platform, are you using Internet explorer? Maybe you could download Mozzilla Firefox? It is free and has enabled me to get over this problem some years ago.

Have you spoken to you're ISP(Internet Service Provider)? If not i would highly recommend you speak with them!

well, you need 2 things

1) Wireless antenna in your Presario, or lan cable.
2) internet access wifi.
3) of course, knowledge on how to connect to wifi network, with your passcode and username.

Have you spoken to Toshiba? It may be well worth while as their screens normally last a very long time.

I have very briefly researched the device and find it isn't really a forecaster but a device that receives weather reports and sorts them but it isn't made clear how it accesses those Accuweather reports that are available by smartphone app or internet.
I speculate the device must either use any wireless local area network or it must access the mobile telephone network, which makes little sense as it is supposed to be a free service and mobile internet service providers usually wouldn't give anyone free access.

Perhaps the answer will be found in the device instruction manual.

If it is supposed to work through free access to the mobile telephone network, perhaps the cause is the service providers are flexing their muscles. There was some feeling a few years ago the Accuweather reports should be removed from the public domain and perhaps this is the beginning of a resurgence of that feeling.

Unfortunately it is not possible to make any estimates over the internet. As the warranty for the watch already expired years ago, there is no reason to find any particular Tag Heuer dealer. You can visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for an estimate.

I need more information on this please. Is this a wireless connection? Have you spoken to your Internet Service Provider and found what may be the problem? Do you have the right equipment to even be online?

I had this same problem with my scanjet 4050, and this was about a year ago, trying to remember, oh yes, I eventually deleted the original software installation. Then I went out to HP.com and downloaded software and drivers from the site. I do believe that fixed it. I remember that I had several conversations with Tech Support, without satisfaction, like I said it was a year ago, but I think that is how I solved the problem. By the way I am pleased with the machine and its performance this past year.
